At Welshwellies, the customer always comes first. We are always available to answer any of your questions, queries or issues. Some of our more frequently asked questions are answered below:-

What do I have to pay for postage and packing?

Our postage and packing rates vary depending upon weight and destination.  Full details of prices are shown in our Terms and Conditions.

How long does delivery take?

For UK orders, during checkout you will have a choice of First Class, which should be next day, or Standard parcel can take three to four days.   Two pairs or more of wellingtons to the same address in most parts of the country will be delivered by Myhermes couriers.

Do you post wellies abroad?

Yes, we can deliver Welshwellies to the majority of countries worldwide.

Can I return my Welshwellies if they are the wrong size?

If you change your mind, you have up to seven days from date of receipt of the goods to return them for a full refund.  Details of our returns policy are shown in our Terms and Conditions.

Do you pay postage if I return a pair of Welshwellies?

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us.  We will only reimburse you for the value of the actual goods.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Security is one of the most significant concerns when you are shopping on line.  It is out top priority to ensure that transaction data is kept secure at all times.  At Welshwellies, we use Paypal for our online transactions.  Paypal use the latest state of the art security systems to make sure that you, the shopper, are protected.

Can I pay by cheque?

If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please use our site for sizing and pricing and then make your cheque payable to "The Monmouthshire Trading Company" and send your cheque with your order details to our address which is on the contact us page.

Will I get confirmation when I buy a pair of wellies?

Yes, upon completion of your purchase you will receive two e-mail confirmations, one from Paypal confirming payment, and an order summary from us.

Do you keep my card details?

All sensitive data is handled securely by Paypal, and your card details are simply used to perform the transaction, and then deleted.  We do not keep a record of any sensitive payment information.

Why do you need my email addreess and telephone number?

We need your email address and telephone number in case we have to contact you about your order.

Can I have my goods sent to a different address from my billing address?

If you would like your wellingtons sent to a different address from your billing address, this can be done during the checkout phase of ordering.

What if I am not at home to accept delivery?

Procedures by the Royal Mail and My hermes are in place to deal with this.  They will notify you if nobody is at home by leaving a card through your door with contact details to arrange redelivery or collection.  Any specific delivery instructions - e.g. - "Leave in porch" will be shown on the parcel. 

My order has not arrived?

If, after seven days, you have not received your goods, please contact us immediately for assistance.

I am unable to find an answer to my question?

Please contact us with any other questions you may have.
